Using Task Break

Task Break helps users capture tasks, break work into subtasks, plan schedules, run Pomodoro sessions, review productivity trends, and use optional AI features. You are responsible for the information you add, the choices you make in the app, and how you act on suggestions generated by Task Break.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may request account deletion in the app or through support.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Task Break may offer paid Pro features through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple under your App Store account settings and Apple's terms. Task Break does not ask iOS users to pay outside Apple's purchase system for digital app features.

Pro Features

Pro features may include AI task breakdowns, advanced analytics, unlimited projects, unlimited Pomodoro sessions, or other premium features shown in the app. Feature availability may change over time as we improve Task Break. If your subscription expires, paid features may become unavailable while your existing data remains subject to app functionality and retention rules.

AI Features

AI outputs can be helpful, but they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review AI-generated tasks, schedules, priorities, and analysis before relying on them. Do not use Task Break AI features for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with Task Break or its infrastructure.
• Do not use Task Break to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass Pro gating, rate limits, security controls, or account protections.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape, spam, attack, or disrupt the service.

User Content

You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, recordings, and other content you add to Task Break. You give Task Break permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, including optional AI and transcription features you choose to use.

Service Changes

We may update, pause, remove, or change features as Task Break evolves. We aim to avoid disrupting users, but we cannot guarantee every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Disclaimers And Limits

Task Break is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or reliance on AI outputs, schedules, reminders, or productivity suggestions.
